  1. If a team cannot field a minimum of 5 players in accordance with Section F.1, Forfeit Time, the game is a forfeit.

C2. Check-in: (Commissioner and Co-Commissioner can be at every game to validate players and player cards easier. Even if I(Josh) play, I am willing to so this, unless there is a conflict of interest???) A league printed weekly lineup card will handed to the referee with the names of the expected to attend the current game by the Team Captain. All registered players must be able to provide a valid picture ID for check-in at the field. Both teams can be verified by the Referee prior to game or at half time.  Players that cannot provide a valid picture ID will NOT be allowed to play. The Team Captain or Appointee is responsible for the players on their team. We can also look at doing player cards instead of photo id’s.

Any player who violates the league’s check-in procedure by entering the field of play without being listed on the line-up card shall be removed from the game and can be cautioned (shown the yellow card) by the referee.

C3. Substitutions: A team is allowed to substitute one or more players at the following times:

  • Both sides may substitute after a goal scored by either team

Officials may stop the clock for injury if excessive time is required to attend to the injured player, provided schedule constraints permit. The game clock starts at the scheduled game time without exception. Summer temperatures can be extreme, may adopt (4) 10-minute halves with 5-minute water breaks.

F1. Forfeit Time: A 10-minute grace period will be given to a team not able to meet the minimum player requirements. A forfeit will result in a 1-0 loss for the forfeiting team. After forfeiture, the game can still be played as a scrimmage or “friendly” between the two scheduled teams. Even if it is a forfeit, Referees are required to stay and officiate the game if both teams still want to play. Teams can share players between the two scheduled teams or any team scheduled at their field, if the game is a forfeit. All players playing in a forfeited game must be registered players on the game cards at the field that game is being played at, and check in before they play.
