What is the link to register? This is for players born in 2019 and 2020 only.

What is StackTeamApp?
- This is our club wide app that is used for all communications. You will receive an email to download the app. I will associate parents/guardians with their child. You DO NOT NEED TO REQUEST ACCESS. Stay up to date with the latest news, field closures, filed changes, weather updates, Academy Sports coupons, fanwear, etc. You can chat with your coach or other team members on the app. We require all coaches to use this app.
When will I hear from my coach?
- Coaches will reach out by the end of March.
When is the Spring season?
- The first session will start in April, depending on the session you selected when you registered.
- Tuesday session 5:30pa-6:20p – starts on April 11th
- Wednesday session 11:30a-11:20a – starts on April 12th
- Wednesday session 5:30p-6:20p – starts on April 12th
Thursday session 5:30-6:20p - starts on April 13th
Saturday session 11:00a-11:30a - starts on April 15th
What does my child need to play?
- Shinguards are optional.
- Soccer cleats are recommended, but not required. We have a program called “Equipment Grab N’ Go”. We have many cleats that have been donated to us and we have days when families can come to our clubhouse and look for a pair of cleats for their child for FREE. You do not have to donate anything to take something. What your email and StackTeamApp for dates and times of this program.
- We will provide all the other equipment.
- DO NOT bring a ball with your child.
- We will provide a dri-fit shirt and a pair of soccer socks that every player will wear to each session. These are handed out at the first session.
- Bring water for your child.
Where can I purchase soccer gear?
- Academy Sports, Pacesetter Sports, and soccer.com have a wide selection of soccer cleats, shin guards, and accessories.
How many players are on a team?
- Each team with have 10-12 players.
Who are the coaches?
- Our coaches will consist of some of the club’s board members, VCYSA staff members and parents who are qualified to coach this young age group.
- All coaches (anyone working with the children) are required to complete a background check, safe sport training and concussion training. They will be set up in our GotSport system and the trainings are through Indiana Soccer.
- Parents may not help the coach and work with the other children on the team until they complete the required trainings.
How long is each session?
- Each session will last for 50 minutes.
- Parents/guardians are required to stay on site during the session.
My child has decided not to play this season. Can I get a refund?
Are pets allowed?
- NO PETS allowed at the complex, regardless of size. This includes our entire property, the perimeter, and our parking lot. Please let your family members know.
Players are expected to:
- Attempt to attend all sessions and participate to the best of their ability.
- The players are very young so mostly importantly we want them to HAVE FUN!
Parents are expected to:
- Make sure that players arrive at (and are picked up at) all sessions at the appropriate time.
- Communicate directly with coaches if your child cannot attend a session.
- Demonstrate positive sportsmanship at all times.
- Communicate with coaching staff and club officials in a respectful manner should a conflict or question arise.
- Be mindful of the code of conduct and our zero-tolerance policy.
