If your child would like to play in the Fall of 2022 and/or Spring 2023, you must register for evaluations/tryouts.  

High School Players:  If you are a high school student, and you are attending the team camp at Rose Hulman, you NEED TO REGISTER for our tryouts. The Rose coaches will conduct evaluations at the camp but will only evaluate those that are registered with us for tryouts.

Tryout instructions and details will be emailed prior to the tryout date.  Make sure you do NOT opt of our email communications when you register.  

Fees:     Fees are not collected until the player accepts a spot on a team

  Academy 9U -10U                                        $300/year (includes Fall and Spring seasons)

11U -12U                                                      $500/year (includes Fall and Spring seasons)

13U-14U-15U (non-high school players)      $560/year (includes Fall and Spring seasons)

   15U-19U (high school players)                     $325/season (includes only the Spring season)

·        Select the '2022-23 Travel Tryout Registration for each player to register for evaluations/tryouts (there is no cost to register for Travel Evaluations/Tryouts)

·       When registering, please specify all required information, including acknowledging the Waiver of liability and specifying birth year from the list e.g., 2014...2004.

Indy Premier:    2007 and older players that are interested in being evaluated for an Indy Premier Elite team should contact the DOC, Kyle Baker, at [email protected]. 

Commitment:    Any invited player has seventy-two (72) hours from notification to accept or decline the roster invitation by responding to the link that will be provided in the email sent out.  You will be directed to login into your GotSport account to accept and make your payment.  A minimum payment of $100 is required to hold the players spot on the roster*. A full payment option will also be available. All 9U-14U players who accept roster invitations are committing to participate on a Premier team for one year (fall 2022/spring 2023). All 15U-19U players accepting an invitation are committing to participate in the spring of 2023; however, training and games may start as early as November 2022.

Refund Policy:    If a player accepts a position but later decides to resign from the club, the player/family will be responsible for all fees and charges payable to the date of registration. Please visit our website at www.vycsa.org and go to resources, then refund policy, for clearly defined circumstances.   

Uniforms:     For the 2022/23 season every travel player will be required to purchase a new uniform kit.  Our uniforms change every 2 years, and we are starting the beginning of the 2-year cycle as of Fall 2022. We will send out more information about uniforms later this summer, after evaluations/tryouts have been decided and teams have been formed.  

Financial Aid Policy:    Financial assistance for club fees is available on a need basis annually. Terre Haute Premier will strongly consider any application that contains proof of the family's qualification for free/reduced school lunch through the player's school system.
