American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) Region 405 - Lee/Rome - is now accepting registrations for Membership Year 2015 (MY2015).  MY2015 includes both the Fall (Sept-Oct 2015) and Spring (Apr-Jun 2016) seasons.  

 

The normal registration fee is $70/player.  However, pay only $50/player if you register by May 31.  

  1) Go to www.eAYSO.org to register.  

  2) Print 1 copy of the registration form.  

  3) Mail the form and check (payable to AYSO Region 405) to AYSO Region 405, PO Box 4932, Rome NY 13442-4932.  Please include the player's name on the memo line of the check to facilitate processing.
